I monitored website uptime and security, resolved technical issues promptly, and maintained and updated website design and functionality according to company requirements. I ensured website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, provided technical support for the e-commerce store via email and MS Teams. Additionally, I regularly updated WordPress, WooCommerce, Divi, and plugins to ensure optimal functionality and compatibility. I designed and developed a new website from scratch, integrating e-commerce functionality tailored to the company’s needs. I implemented ongoing enhancements, researched and selected relevant WordPress plugins, and installed and configured these plugins to optimize website functionality. I set up SEO using Rank Math and configured analytics with Google and Yahoo to track website performance and user behavior analysis.

I designed user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to develop visually appealing layouts and graphics. I implemented responsive design principles, set up and configured servers and domains, and installed and configured WordPress, including plugins and themes. I developed custom WordPress websites, maintained existing websites including e-commerce platforms, ensured cross-browser compatibility, and created logos, banners, and other visual assets. I edited product images, managed email marketing campaigns, configured SEO and analytics tools, and provided technical support for client websites.

I also liaised with the accounting firm to ensure tax compliance, handle payroll and employee contributions, and maintain necessary business registrations and permits. Additionally, I managed relationships with suppliers to address office repairs and procure necessary supplies. I was also responsible for maintaining company records, tracking employee attendance, and exporting relevant data for salary computation.

I managed the daily operations of the company’s Yahoo Store, including product listings and design changes. I also updated and maintained WordPress websites, designed and sent email marketing campaigns, conducted on-page SEO, and implemented backlinks and link exchanges. I utilized SEMrush for SEO analysis and monitored website performance using Google Webmaster Tools and Yahoo Analytics. Additionally, I managed Google AdWords campaigns, provided technical support via VOIP, and created comprehensive documentation for Yahoo Store management.

I managed VPS accounts and domain administration across multiple registrars, ensuring optimal performance and security.
